What are the Hala Bahrain Meet and Assist Packages?

How can I book Hala Bahrain Services?

You may book through the website or visit the sales counter at Bahrain International Airport’s Information Desk. 

When can I book Hala Bahrain Services at Bahrain International Airport?

Our services are subject to availability for the agent; therefore, we highly recommend booking the service at least 24 hours before the flight time. Any last-minute requests are subject to additional charges. 


What form of payment is acceptable?

You may pay using cash or a credit card. 


How can I change or cancel my booking, if needed?

You can make changes to the booking up to 8 hours before your flight time, either by emailing booking@halabahrain.bh or by visiting the sales counter at Bahrain International Airport’s Information Desk. 


Will charges be applied for any changes made for exiting booking?

If the request is made within the permitted period, 8 hours before the flight time, no charges will be applied. 

What is Hala Bahrain’s refund policy?

If the booking is canceled 8 hours before the flight time, the full amount will be refunded. 

Is the Entry Visa fee included as part of the service?

No, the guest pays for the Entry Visa upon arrival. 



Can I get a visa upon arrival?

You can get a visa upon arrival if you are a GCC resident or from one of the eligible countries. Please contact us on +973 17137979 and the Hala Bahrain team will assist you with your query.

 

What happens if I miss my flight, can I rebook the service with the new flight details?

If you miss your flight, it is considered as a service provided under “no-show”.

 

Where are you located in the Departures area?

The Pearl Lounge is located at the west of the terminal after immigration. 

Where are you located in the Arrival area?

The Pearl arrival lounge is located before passport control on the right.

Yes. All you need to do is provide the correct guest details while making the booking.
